Terms of Use
FootballerAtlas is published for reading and reference. These terms set out what you may do with it, and — more usefully — what its numbers actually claim.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to and quote from any page here, including in journalism and research, provided the Atlas is credited as the source of the figure and the season it belongs to is named. Deep links to a country, player, competition or club are stable and are meant to be used.
Automated bulk collection of the site or its API is not permitted. The underlying football data is licensed from a third-party provider and cannot be redistributed as a dataset.
What the indices claim
Atlas Rating, Atlas Club Rating, Atlas League Rating, League Strength, Country Index and Development score are computed opinions, not official records. They are the output of a documented model applied consistently to one season of data, and the model is published in full on the methodology page so that any figure can be argued with on its merits. They are not a valuation, a scouting judgement, a betting signal, or a statement about any individual beyond their recorded performance.
Accuracy
The facts underneath every index — appearances, minutes, goals, assists, cards, saves — come from a third-party provider and are published as received. Where the Atlas cannot compute something, it leaves it blank rather than estimating it, and the substitutions it does make are documented. Corrections are welcome through contact.
Availability
The site is under active development. Screens, figures and endpoints can change without notice, and no uptime is promised.
Names and marks
Club crests, competition emblems, national flags and player photographs remain the property of their owners and are used here to identify the entity shown. FootballerAtlas is not affiliated with any club, league, federation or governing body.
